We enjoyed the beach and explored the nearby lighthouse. The staff was super friendly, and we loved the free parking. Be aware, though, some chairs and umbrellas weren't available during our stay, and breakfast was quite basic.
One of the downsides was some late check-in delays. We had to wait longer than expected, which was frustrating after a long drive.

This place is just a top selection for resting at all in Montauk, great for the money. The staff made a sweet gesture by giving me s'mores ingredients for the bonfire. Try to take advantage of the complimentary coffee and pastries in the morning.

But honestly, that King Ocean View was just a peek at a building! Talk about a misnamed room, more like 'Side of Laundry Room'!

The hotel is just steps from the beach, and my family loved lounging on the beautiful stretch of sand. The staff was lovely and attentive, making it easy to enjoy the pool area and relax with their great service.
My kids wished for a more private bathroom setup, as the open shower situation was awkward for our family.

The hotel environment caught my attention immediately. The decor is modern and beachy, perfect for relaxation. Upon arrival, I received a complimentary drink, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious and boasted a charming ambiance. The beach is just across the street. it felt like my own private paradise. S'mores by the fire pits added a fun and memorable element to the evenings. The pool area is well maintained, and the giant pink flamingo float was a hit. However, privacy in the rooms was an issue. the shower lacked a proper door and was only covered by curtains that didn't close fully. Hearing noises from neighboring rooms made it difficult to relax at times. The management's communication could improve, as I faced some challenges with parking during a busy event. While the staff was friendly, there were moments of inconsistency in service delivery. Overall, this hotel has a great location with charming decor but could benefit from better privacy measures and clearer management practices.
